"Solid gear for a weekend DIYer"
As someone who’s usually tackling small projects around the house on weekends, I was happy with my order from Aubuchon Hardware. I grabbed a few drill bits and some screws, and overall the quality felt solid. Nothing seemed flimsy or cheap, and the bits held up fine through a couple of jobs. One pack did have a few screws with rough heads, but they were still usable. I’d probably give it 5 stars if every piece was perfect, but for the price, I’m satisfied and would order again.

"Tons of stuff to choose from"
I was legit surprised by how much Aubuchon Hardware had on there. I just needed a few random things for a small home repair, and I ended up finding everything in one spot instead of bouncing around a bunch of different sites.

They had different brands and sizes too, not just like one basic option for everything. It made comparing stuff super easy, and I was able to grab what I needed without any hassle. Solid selection, not gonna lie.

"Pretty good value for the price"

"The site made ordering way harder than it should be"
I tried ordering a few parts and the website just kept freezing on me. The search was all over the place, the filters didn’t seem to work right, and then my cart randomly emptied. it’s not even about that one glitch or two, the whole process just felt frustrating. After about 20 minutes, I gave up

"I tried to return a faulty tool and..."
I tried to return a faulty tool and it ended up being way more of a headache than I expected. It took forever to get a response, and when they finally replied, they said the refund would show up in a few days. I’m still waiting. it just wasn’t worth the hassle, if that makes sense. I’ll probably stick to buying local next time

"Everything in my order was spot on"
I ordered a handful of drill bits, some screws, and a replacement hinge from Aubuchon Hardware, and everything showed up exactly like I selected it 🙂.

I was a little worried there might be a wrong size or some random substitution, but nope. The packing slip matched my order perfectly too.
Nothing fancy, just a really smooth order. I got what I needed without having to follow up with anyone or deal with returns, which I definitely appreciate.

"Customer service was fine, but a little slow"
I ordered a few tools from hardwarestore.com and ended up needing to reach out because one item was missing. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, and I had to explain what happened more than once, which was a bit frustrating.

They did fix it eventually and sent the missing part, so I appreciate that. Not sure how to explain it, but the whole support process just felt slower and more back-and-forth than it needed to be.
